Spring has arrived in Central Oregon! While that may still look like cold days and the occasional snow flurry, those who have lived here for a long time know that summer will be here before we know it. Bend has been growing steadily for a long time, and in the past few years, the rate at which it’s been happening seems to have gone up exponentially.
